I understand that Kokoropsyche LLC. does not sell products that substitute professional medical assistance, and if I experience any alarming change in my physical, mental, or emotional state, I should seek out a healthcare professional.

I understand that Kokoropsyche LLC. does not offer refunds for its Lotus membership plan & Lush membership plan. I understand that I may cancel my membership at any time. I understand that Kokoropsyche LLC. is not responsible for my inability to cancel my membership prior to any unwanted monthly charge.

I understand that I may cancel my order for a full refund within the first 24 hours following the completion of my order. I understand that after 24 hours, my order will be processed and shipped; therefore if I no longer wish to receive the order I must follow the return procedures to receive my full refund.

I understand that in the instance of a delay, the Kokoropsyche LLC. team will work to keep me updated with current and accurate available information.

I understand that Kokoropsyche LLC. offers life coaching virtual sessions, and does not provide teletherapy and/or therapy sessions and services online. I understand that Lauren Ashley is a certified life coach and is not a licensed mental health professional.

I understand that to reschedule a booked service, I must contact Kokoropsyche LLC. via email at least 24 hours prior to my appointment with my "Rescheduling Agreement" form completed. I understand that if I do not abide by the 24-hour notice, then I will be at risk of losing my service.

I understand that to cancel booked services, I must contact Kokoropsyche LLC. via email at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. I understand if I do not abide by the 72-hour notice I will not be ineligible to receive a refund.

I understand that Kokoropsyche LLC. reserves the right to refuse any service or order that I have placed with them. I understand that Kokoropsyche LLC. reserves the right to limit and/or cancel orders.

I understand that by visiting the Kokoropsyche LLC. website and/or purchasing something from the website, I agree to be bounded by their "Terms of Service", "Terms of Sale", and "Privacy Policy". I understand that these terms and conditions apply to all users of the website, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
